This jewelry is created in a small studio environment, so production and order times can vary.

Most of the pieces are posted as 'ready to ship,’ and will ship within 7 days from the date of payment.

Any 'made to order' pieces can take up to 5 weeks for fabrication and shipment from the date of payment.

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped out immediately via the USPS method of your choosing. I often use First Class Mail as it is the most economical, if you would like to opt-in to Signature Confirmation please leave a note on your order and I will include that free of charge.

The best way to clean your jewelry is with clear, unscented dish soap and a soft toothbrush. Opals and other soft stones should be treated with care. I don't recommend wearing them while swimming.

If your piece requires repair or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please do not hesitate to email me at scooke21.2@gmail.com. Items which need repair within 60 days of purchase will not incur a repair fee. After this window, there will be a fee depending on materials and the extent of the repair.
